A Taste of Jeju Comes to Toronto

We’re excited to bring Innisfree Jeju House to Toronto.

Inspired by the landscapes and ingredients of Jeju Island, this collaboration brings together matcha and skincare into a multi-sensory experience, from drinks to in-store moments. Rooted in nature and thoughtful rituals, both brands share a vision of simplicity, quality, and everyday moments of calm.

A Jeju-Inspired Menu

To celebrate this collaboration, we’ve created a special menu inspired by the flavors and textures of Jeju.

Genmaicha Matcha Cloud
Roasted rice tea, English pear, matcha cloud
Melona Matcha Latte
Honeydew melon, fresh coconut, coconut milk, matcha
Injeolmi Frozen Matcha
Roasted soy, vanilla, oat-based frozen matcha

Pastries:

Hallasan Volcano Cake (Left)
Inspired by Hallasan, the iconic volcano at the heart of Jeju Island, this rich matcha cake features a soft center and deep, layered flavors.
Jeju Tangerine Cake (Middle)
Made with Jeju’s well-known tangerines, this light cake offers a bright, fresh citrus flavor with a clean finish.
Yakgwa Madeleine (Right)
A soft, buttery madeleine inspired by yakgwa, a traditional Korean honey pastry known for its gentle sweetness and warm spice notes.

Each item reflects elements of Jeju, from roasted grains and citrus notes to soft, layered textures.

With any collab menu purchase (1 drink or 1 pastry):
