What kind of matcha do you use?

We use ceremonial-grade matcha in everything — from our drinks to our retail matcha cans. Sourced from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, it’s known for its vibrant color, smooth taste, and natural sweetness.

Whether you’re sipping in-store or whisking at home, you’re enjoying the same premium-quality matcha — no shortcuts.

What milk options do you offer in-store?

We offer a variety of milk choices to suit your taste and dietary preferences — and we source the best possible version of each:

  • Dairy: Whole milk
  • Non-dairy: Oat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk

What is the expiry date of the matcha?

Matcha is best enjoyed fresh — here’s how to keep it at peak quality:

  • Unopened: Best consumed within 12 months from the production date.
  • Opened: For optimal taste, color, and nutrients, use within 1–2 months after opening.

To keep your matcha fresh:

  • Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
  • Refrigeration is optional but recommended after opening — just make sure the can is tightly sealed and kept away from moisture or strong odors (matcha can absorb smell easily).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping based on order value and location:

  • Within Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75
  • To the U.S.: Free shipping on orders over $125
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

We do our best to get your matcha to you quickly and safely:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Canada delivery: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. delivery: Delivery times vary by region

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered! While we don’t accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped, we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us within 3 days — we’ll make it right.
